Over the last 14 years of training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo, Paul has traveled the world and trained with some of the best teams in the United States and Europe.

During his time in college, Paul earned a brown belt in Judo from the Golden Dragon training center in Williamsport, PA, and a blue belt in BJJ under Pedro Sauer while training in Baltimore, MD.

After college, Paul joined the United States Army as a Military Police officer and served for six years.

Paul earned his purple belt training at Koch Jiu-Jitsu in Sczcecin, Poland, while serving as a liaison officer to NATO.

After returning from Poland, Paul trained at the #1 NoGi Jiu-Jitsu team in Germany - Matrix Jiu-Jitsu - where he got to train with some of the best athletes in the world for a few years.

After the Army sent him to Fort Leonard Wood, Paul earned his brown belt in BJJ in early 2023 from Mike Morgan. He now travels to Pedigo Submission Fighting in Mount Vernon Illinois to train with Coach Heath Pedigo and the squad at PSF.

Paul is passionate about coaching others and helping them develop their martial arts ability.
